dirty towels

poor service

i thought the room was supposed to be cleaned. awful customer service left me with dirty towels and a messy bed! i expected a room upgrade for all the trouble, but all i got was a lame excuse. honestly, the stains in the shower made me question their cleaning if you can call it that, practices. just couldn’t recommend this place.

Location is awesome! Close to the wedding venue and easy access to St Paul and Minneapolis. Breakfast features fresh biscuits and gravy, and the staff is super helpful. Beds are comfy, and the atmosphere is quiet. Free parking is another perk!
